Product detail that reflects the work
The product catalog organises groups, variants and images. Configuration presents options such as material, size, text, logo and Braille, with available choices related to the selected product attributes. These details give a custom product a structured description that people can discuss and refine.

From an order line to a production route
An acrylic item and a stainless-steel item need different work. Production templates connect materials and requirements to departments, operation variants, durations and manufacturing days. A route may combine engraving, assembly and inspection, or cutting, bending and finishing, including optional and external stages. Each order line receives its route and planned operations, with dates, quantities, minutes and required skills visible in the production calendar.
Workshop and management
Progress and exceptions stay visible
The production queue supports starting and completing orders, delivery-date changes and recorded delay reasons. Order documents, audit information and claims provide context for follow-up. Operational views bring together delivery accuracy, delays, complaints, invoice status and revenue, so management can investigate the work behind a summary.
Packing and logistics
The shipment includes its real costs
Lines from several orders can share a customer shipment while retaining their original order links. Packages carry weights, dimensions, recipient details and pickup requirements. Packaging costs and freight purchase and sales prices are recorded explicitly. Through Sendify, the team can retrieve rates, book a selected offer, follow shipment status and obtain labels or manifests. The shipping team can organise the delivery around what needs to leave together.
Finance and reconciliation
Invoice preparation follows delivery
VS Nexus connects operational orders with their Fortnox records and checks readiness for invoicing. Eligible orders can produce an individual invoice or be grouped into a consolidated customer invoice. ERP references and invoice PDFs remain attached to the operational record, giving administration a route from completed work to the corresponding financial document.

Passa supports attendance through PIN, QR and location-based check-in, together with working-hour views and absence requests. Managers review workdays and absences; approved absences appear in the calendar.
