ERP around production reality

ReApptor does not replace specialist machine control, CAD or engineering tools unless that is explicitly needed. The value is connecting planning, materials, work, quality and business operations where teams need shared visibility. The operational digital twin links each order to its required work, recorded production state and delivery progress.

VS Nexus connects the order to the work

Define what each order needs

Order lines carry product choices, materials and documents into their production routes. Acrylic and steel products can follow different stages, from engraving and assembly to cutting, bending and finishing. Route templates connect departments, operations, durations and required skills, including optional and external work.

Plan and record production work

Schedules and production queues make planned operations visible to the teams doing the work. Operators record starts, finishes and delay reasons against the order, so planning and execution share the same work context.

Continue into delivery and accounting

Lines from several orders can share a shipment while packages retain the links to their original items. Sendify connects carrier offers, bookings, labels and tracking. Fortnox receives order and invoice data for individual or consolidated customer invoices. Shipping and invoicing can follow their own grouping rules within the same business chain.

VS Nexus: from custom order to delivered and invoiced work

A made-to-order product needs more than an order number. It has materials, manufacturing steps, a promised delivery date and people responsible for getting it finished. ReApptor built VS Nexus to connect these decisions for VS Production, from order handling and workshop execution to shipping and Fortnox invoicing. The platform is in production and continues to develop alongside the business.
